Townsville Rentals is excited to welcome back Mardi Williams as our new Department Manager. Mardi has previously managed the Townsville Rentals office and we're thrilled to have her extensive experience and understanding of the local property market back in our team.
Mardi has worked in the real estate industry since she finished high school. While she started out as a sales assistant, she quickly developed a particular passion for property management, which has been the focus of her career over the last 18 years. During this time she was awarded the Real Estate Institute of the Northern Territory’s Property Manager of the Year award.
Growing up in Darwin, Mardi has worked throughout the Northern Territory, New South Wales and Queensland, but has proudly come to call Townsville home, embracing the North Queensland lifestyle, people and of course, the weather!
