New Phone System to Help Direct Your Calls

Next time you call the Townsville Rentals office, you’ll be introduced to our new answering system!
In order to help you speak directly to the member of our team that you need, we have now set up an automated menu service on our phone. Simply follow the instructions on the menu and select the number of the team member or department that you are looking to speak with and you will be automatically transferred to their line. Alternatively, if you are unsure who is best to answer your enquiry, you will still have the option to speak with our reception.
This new system will ensure that you can speak to the right person with the click of a button, so that we can help you with any enquiries you might have faster.
